Gastric Cancer

Gastric or Stomach Cancer is an uncommon tumour that affects about 600 people in NSW per year.

Gastric cancer has many possible treatments that are best selected on an individual basis.

There are a number of new techniques available in Surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and endoscopy. For example, in some cases Endoscopic or Laparoscopic surgery can be used to cure stomach cancer.
